Aim
To develop and pilot an evaluation framework to assess the key impacts of implemented food standards and other food regulatory measures.
Leads
Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) is the lead for this activity.
Authorisation
In March 2025, the Food Regulation Standing Committee (FRSC) and Implementation Subcommittee for Food Regulation (ISFR) supported developing an evaluation framework to assess the impact of food regulatory measures.
Status
Work on developing the framework is underway with support from the Evaluation Framework Project Working Group.
